What you are buying
One individually scoped research service and a digital report delivered by email, for a total of £9.99 GBP. The written offer sets out the scope, deliverable, delivery date and report reference. Pay only after accepting that offer. The order is accepted when we confirm it by email after checking payment. We send you the agreed scope, delivery date and these terms in that email so you can keep them.
We may decline unsuitable enquiries before payment. If a payment cannot be matched to an accepted request, we will contact the payer to resolve it or refund it. We do not promise instant delivery or exhaustive source coverage. Reports are public-record research, not professional legal, financial or medical advice.
Corrections and scope changes
Reasonable clarifications, corrections and relevant additions within the agreed scope are included. Our own errors are corrected free of charge. A different investigation or material scope change requires a new written agreement before any additional charge. These terms do not limit your statutory rights.
Cancellation and refunds
For consumer service orders made online, you may cancel within 14 days after the day the contract is made. Email the seller below with your report reference and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You may also write to the business address. If no work has started, we refund the payment.
We will not start during that cancellation period unless you expressly request an early start by email. If you request an early start and then cancel, any proportionate charge for work supplied applies only where the legal conditions have been met and explained to you beforehand. Your cancellation right ends on full performance only if you previously expressly consented to the early start and acknowledged that consequence. Paying or ticking the checkout box alone is not an early-start request.
If we cannot deliver the agreed service, we will offer a revised arrangement for you to accept or a refund. Rights concerning faulty or misdescribed services remain unaffected. Refunds due are made back through the original payment method within the applicable legal timeframe.
Optional cancellation wording: “I give notice that I cancel my research service, reference [reference], ordered on [date]. My name is [name].” Include the date of your notice and your contact details.
Report enquiries and payment privacy
We use your email address, research request, correspondence and payment reference to assess your enquiry, agree and deliver the service, provide corrections and support, and maintain required business records. The bases are steps at your request before a contract, performing that contract, legal obligations and legitimate interests in administering enquiries and preventing misuse.
This enquiry form prepares an email on your device; it does not store your question on this website. Email is handled through our email provider, Google. The website is hosted by Render, which processes routine hosting and security logs. Stripe handles checkout and payment data under its privacy policy; we do not receive your full card details. These providers may process information outside the UK using their applicable transfer safeguards.
Unaccepted enquiries are normally deleted within 90 days of the last contact. We retain accepted-order correspondence and financial records for six years after the relevant tax year, unless a dispute or legal obligation requires longer. Contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and portability where applicable. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. We do not sell enquiry information or use it for marketing without a separate choice.
